Divination Deck Collection

Not pictured: My tiny Rider-Waite deck keychain. The label on the box is illegible now. I'm not sure about the formatting of this page, so that might change.

Photos mine.

Core Decks

These are the decks I use most consistently.

The classic Rider-Waite tarot deck, first published 1909. Naturally, I've had this one for a long time. Shoutout to Pamela Colman Smith, the oft-forgotten illustrator of this iconic deck.

The Red Hand Lenormand is a Lenormand deck with some additional cards. It's also my first and only Lenormand deck, but I love it.

Artist Decks

These are decks I got mostly because I like the art.

Micah Ulrich is one of my favorite illustrators. Naturally, I had to spring on this.

This deck was from a Kickstarter by Coey Kuhn, another favorite illustrator of mine. I got an altar cloth as well.

Wizard of Barge is awesome. Just plain ol' awesome. I love a lot of their stuff.

I just think this one's pretty, and the animals could work well with genius locii.

Visually stunning. (Marge Simpson voice) I just think it's neat!

Bird-Themed Decks

Obviously, I love birds, especially crows. I'd like to get a pigeon-themed deck some day, but I have enough decks right now that I'm postponing that thought.

These decks are both by MJ Cullinane. I got the Crow Tarot first, and heard about the Urban Crow Oracle coming out later. I also have the expansion pack for the Oracle, which is what is in that black velvet bag.

I bought this one in June 2025 while at a Barnes & Noble with my boyfriend and our friend. The box is shockingly huge.

Mushroom-Themed Decks

This artist makes a lot of really cool mushroom art.

This one was a gift from my best friend. It didn't come with a box, so I just keep it in the bag.

This one's a bit more quirky with the mushrooms.

Ancient Greek Mythology Decks

I was desperate to find an Ancient Greece-themed tarot deck, and this one came up most often.

A tarot deck themed after the goddess Hekate.

An oracle deck based on the epithets of the goddess Hekate. I followed the development of this one online, and was anxiously awaiting its release.

A PGM-themed tarot deck by a guy who makes a lot of PGM-related items on Etsy. His stuff is awesome but expensive.

A Japanese Greek Alphabet Oracle deck. I usually just use stones for my alphabet oracle, but this was such a serendipitous find that I just had to get it. I think I bought it in Harajuku with my best friend?

Demon-Themed Decks

A demon-themed deck designed by an occultist.

I find this deck to be more interesting than the Occult Tarot, but I do like both.

My most recent demonic deck. This one's more for fun than anything else, though it is on the demons' altar.

Miscellaneous Decks

A tarot deck with tattoo-style art.

An oracle deck based on symbols. The artwork gives a Victorian vibe.

I feel like this is one of those classic decks. I'm not sure when or where I got it, except that I think it was very cheap. Maybe a thrift store?

Japanese Decks

These are a bit unique in that they are used differently from the other cards here. I don't think reversals are factored in as distinct card 'positions' for one. These are presumably a bit rare outside of Japan as well.

Hanafuda is an ancient Japanese card game, but this one is designed specifically for divination purposes.

A cat-themed Uta Ura deck. Uta Ura is the ancient practice of divination using poetry. The poems themselves aren't cat themed, but the illustrations all are.
