Tea Recommendations
Daily tea:
My favorite, daily tea is the organic genmaicha from Yamamotoyama. Genmaicha is a green tea with roasted brown rice. I don't find myself a huge fan of green tea by itself, usually. It needs the warm flavor of rice in my opinion.
Herbal teas:
My favorite herbal teas are mint, which is good if you're feeling bloated, and chamomile. I also like rosehip or hibiscus if I want something floral. Mugwort is good if you're in an earthier mood.
Dandelion 'coffee' is quite tasty as well.
